User Conduct
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on our Services without our prior written consent.
Pricing and Payment
Our Services allow package creators/users to set their own prices for their travel packages. Prices can range from $5 to $50 per package. We charge a 15% transaction fee on each sale, which covers our operational costs and product development.
For example, if a package is sold for $20, we will deduct $3 (15% of $20) as a transaction fee, and the package creator/user will receive $17.
All payments are processed through PayPal, and you agree to comply with PayPal's terms and conditions when making payments through our Services.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a travel package you have purchased, you may request a refund within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used and will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees or warranties about the quality or suitability of our Services for any particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Modifications to the Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, without notice or liability to you. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
